Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage releases deeply-held, chronic patterns of tension in the muscles through strong, slow strokes and deep, focused pressure on contracted areas. It helps break up and eliminate scar tissue from injury or surgery. The massage therapist focuses on specific areas and a client may experience soreness during or after the massage. If the massage is done correctly, relief should be felt within a day or two after the massage.
