Philosophy:

Meredith approaches healing from a place of pure love and non judgment. She helps her clients believe in themselves and focus on the power of their own minds.

She believes that “Happiness is a form of Courage” and an essential part of the journey of life. She empowers her clients to conquer their obstacles and achieve their goals with this in mind.

Background:

Meredith was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She began her path to healing
and wellness in 2009 and completed her B.A. at George Mason University in 2010. Meredith volunteers with the Arlington Hospital’s Reiki Program and serves underprivileged youth in DC. She plans to advance to the Master levels in Reiki and Hypnosis,  as well as a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
