Paula Goldman, Certified
Massage Therapist
Paula's Style
Paula provides a customized massage experience
blending relaxation with a therapeutic focus on releasing tension in specific muscle groups. She
believes that every part of the body is connected to the whole and works to achieve balance in the body,
mind, and spirit.
Testimonials:
"I would recommend
Paula if you want a relaxing massage that still manages to work out your tight muscles." Katie K.
"I have been going to Paula for massage even before she worked at Vital. After a session one
day she said that the thing she loved the most about massage is how you are so present in the moment. It was
weird because I had earlier thought that one of the things that makes her so brilliant at it is that she is so
present and can respond to the resistance and responses from you body so well. I don't think everyone is
like that; I think it's a sign of someone that is doing something they were meant to do." Christine
T. “I highly recommend Paula.
Working with Paula has been a delight as she has a wonderful personality and is a real student of wellness who advocates
for massage therapy as an integral part of everyone’s approach to healthy living. She is a skilled therapist
as well and talented in addressing the reasons why I schedule appointments regularly—for stress relief, attention
to pain or soreness, and a luxurious treat. Brian T.”
