Certified Massage Therapist

ReneeStenbjorn.jpgRenee enjoys solving anatomy puzzles. Her in-depth training in anatomy allows her to
understand the dysfunction in the body and apply the correct massage techniques to relieve
pain and promote proper function for her clients. The tools she uses include deep tissue
techniques, trigger point therapy relief and relieving tension in the myofascial system.

In addition to her practice at Vital, Renee has been teaching and studying anatomy and
other human-centered sciences for many years. She is currently teaching at the Potomac
Massage Training Institute, a non-profit massage school, in Washington, DC.

Renee is available for appointments on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays.
