Paula's Style

Paula provides a customized massage experience blending relaxation with a therapeutic focus on releasing tension in specific muscle groups.  She believes that every part of the body is connected to the whole and works to achieve balance in the body, mind, and spirit.

Here's what clients have to say on Yelp:

"I would recommend Paula if you want a relaxing massage that still manages to work out your tight muscles."  Katie K.

"I have been going to Paula for massage even before she worked at Vital.  After a session one day she said that the thing she loved the most about massage is how you are so present in the moment.  It was weird because I had earlier thought that one of the things that makes her so brilliant at it is that she is so present and can respond to the resistance and responses from you body so well.  I don't think everyone is like that; I think it's a sign of someone that is doing something they were meant to do."  Christine T.
