Sara VanderGoot, Certified Massage Therapist
Sara's Style
Sara enjoys both the intellectual and intuitive powers of the mind. Being a business
owner (Sara founded Vital Body and Mind Therapies in 2007) and a massage therapist bring those qualities together in perfect
balance for her. Sara believes that healing touch is crucial for the wellness of the human body. "There is an exchange
of energy there that is therapeutic for the therapist and the client. Touch administered in a safe, respectful way with
the needs of the client at the forefront creates a sacred space where the client can come out of his/her mind and relax into
the body," she says. Clients find her massages calming and therapeutic. One of Sara's favorite modalities to practice
is Thai Yoga Massage (full body stretching).
