Philosophy

Sally's promise is to help you find peace by connecting with your inner strength.

"The wonderful thing about CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is that a session can be a profound learning experience or can focus on pain relief, it is your choice. Our sessions will be as deep as your mind and your body are ready to accept."

Sally offers years of experience in listening and hearing what each individual needs and wants to every CST session. In her work as a dental hygienist she has learned to support people in their progress and knowledge of oral health. During bodywork sessions, She brings the same gentle, intuitive guidance and support of each person's process. By supporting the release of painful fascial restrictions then, over time, discovering the root cause of certain issues, one can connect with their true self.

Sally is especially skilled in working with people who have TMJ issues, have had oral surgery, malocclusion, and orthodontics or simply have chronic issues.

 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle therapy which is known to release tension and reset the nervous system. In this way the muscles relax and kinks in the fascia (the fine, strong cover between skin and muscle) can be smoothed and soothed.

Professional Background

After graduating in 1978 with a degree in Dental Hygiene, Sally has been a practicing RDH in northern Virginia. In 1994 a friend suggested they take a class together presented by Upledger Institute. That was the beginning of a new avenue of education and learning to live. Since that time, after getting her Ordination, she has been offering her hands to be used as a comfort and support to those in discomfort. Her training includes many levels of CranioSacral Therapy, several levels of SomatoEmotional Release, and Heart Centered Therapy.
