events. Each massage is designed according to the sport the athlete plays because different muscles groups are used in each
sport. Depending on the needs of the athlete, a variety of techniques are used. In general Sports massage involves a blend
of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Thai Yoga massage (stretching) techniques.

for peak performance, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension, and promote flexibility through stretching.
